Toby brings fun and varied exercise to women's fitness
I offer varying fitness methods for women – the gym, pilates studio, park or cycling regardless of your current standard of fitness. This can be done 1-2-1, couples or in groups. Having suffered many injuries myself during my career I am also very experienced in rehabilitating women after injury, operation or pregnancy.
